Is this why they cancelled the message boards, so they could replace them with a forum where nobody can debate - only ask stupid questions and collect points like a third grader?

It doesn't matter whether global warming is caused by man or the sun. And I disagree with anyone who uses this issue to harm others in any way. The reason I think it is stupid, is because there is no denying that our air is polluted, and there is no denying that our water is polluted. The top soil is depleted, the rain forest is being depleted, and there are too many land fills....I could go on and on. The point is, that we need to clean up our act anyway, or this planet will become unliveable...so global warming is not the real issue, unless some people want to make it an issue, just to further their own political agendas, which is....to my way of thinking...wrong and immoral, in and of itself.

I don't. Conservatives like to say that, but they don't appreciate what a watershed moment Iraq is in the history of American imperialism.

After Iraq, we are not going to war in the Middle East again. Ever.

And what version of "freedom" should the world aspire too?

How can you define "freedom" and aspire that "all nations are free", when it is such a indefinable aspiration, and every nation on earth - that has had this american model of economic freedom (selfishness and self interest) inflicted on it, (Russia, Iraq) and in most cases professors of economics shipped in from America - to implement the "doctorine of lazairre fair capitalism" - descend into civil war and quickly become economic disasters - that are litterally raped for all they're assets and then abandoned - only then to be picked up by folks who quickly drop the whole american idea - and imprision the profiteers of it?

Does "freedom" work, in it's most base form - when what people need - from they're government is stability and not the complete anarchy of the market defining every moment of they're existence?

How can you expect to build a nation (from scratch) from the basis of completely selfish individualism?

It did not in Vietnam and it will not in IRAQ....our troops need go home , watch football and play with their cars.

Our troops will nor stick in IRAQ...why should they....they have no reason for being there.

US politicians are corrupt and evil...why should our troops enforce the horror and greedy nature of our leaders??

Courage is spitting in the face of evil....in this case the Secret Service is guarding the faces of evil ..George Bush and Chicken Cheney.

Courage is not aiding the rotten hearts of EVIL sick american monsters in Washington DC. These monsters have hijacked the american flag..just like Hitler did in 1933

There's a lot of talk about why Blair's so unpopular at the moment, and how it's time for change. Regardless of that, and whether you dislike him or not, has Tony Blair's government brought about any positive change in the UK? If so, what?

I'm not a big fan of his, but let's save the negativity for another thread, please.
