I've been at the location for 3 months and it happened twice. The first time, I had people over and the stereo was loud. Was not screaming loud but high enough to disturb my neigbors. I stepped out my aprartment to check my mail downstairs and when I get back, one of my friends told me my landlord's brother in law who lives in the same complex literally walked in my apartment and turned off my stereo. In the second incident I had people over again and I had the stereo high at 1 in the morning. The same random guy opens my door that was not locked and comes inside without permission to ask me to turn the stereo down. Is this legal?

Right now im 19 (20 in may)

Im currently attending community college.

All I have is general education class credit.

After a period of time, I decided that I want to become a police officer.

If I stay at my community college, I will have only approxmently 1 1/2 year and I will recieve my A.A in Law Enforcement.

I would only be taking CJ classes, since I already compelted well beyond General Ed for my Community college.

Im getting sick of school, would rather just take classes that pertain to my major.

But on the other hand, if I transfer to a University, I will have at least 2 1/2 years before I will be able to get my B.A.

But I will have alot more Gen Ed classes, then the classes required for the major.

What should I do? Any advice?

Its the general education that is killing me, Id rather be doing something else.

Ok long story but here it goes......I was going down a 45mph road and i was going 50 and as i pulled into a turn lane i see a police car haulin some serious *** from around a corner and pulls right behind me and turns on his lites. As he came to the car he asked me the normal questions so i gave him my license registration and insurance stuff. My girlfriend was laughing at me and said my first ticket in my new car and i said i was only going 5 over the speed limit and she sai that she saw that i was going 50 cause she glanced over. When the cop got back to my window i asked him how fast he clocked me at and he said he didnt clock me he paced me at 75 but i was going 80 so i asked how could he pace me at 80 when i was only going 50 and gave me no answer then he said he put down as i was going 75 in a 65 zone, so i signed the ticket and whent on my way. Does this seem to be fair and should i fight i in court? CHP said he could have looked at km/h, and he forged the document by putting65.

insurgencies? Does it really just come down to large conventional armies eventually running out of time, money & steam or does guerrilla warfare eventually just drive conventional armies completely crazy because they are so unorthodox?

Every news channel is constantly saying that congress is almost ready to pass a bill to bring the troops back by a certain date?

The Constitution does not allow Congress to do this, so why are they always bring it up.

Congress can pass bills cutting off the funding for the military, so why don't they say that they are cutting off the funds on 1 Aug 08 or whichever day they decide.
