Ok long story but here it goes......I was going down a 45mph road and i was going 50 and as i pulled into a turn lane i see a police car haulin some serious *** from around a corner and pulls right behind me and turns on his lites. As he came to the car he asked me the normal questions so i gave him my license registration and insurance stuff. My girlfriend was laughing at me and said my first ticket in my new car and i said i was only going 5 over the speed limit and she sai that she saw that i was going 50 cause she glanced over. When the cop got back to my window i asked him how fast he clocked me at and he said he didnt clock me he paced me at 75 but i was going 80 so i asked how could he pace me at 80 when i was only going 50 and gave me no answer then he said he put down as i was going 75 in a 65 zone, so i signed the ticket and whent on my way. Does this seem to be fair and should i fight i in court? CHP said he could have looked at km/h, and he forged the document by putting65.

OK, according to you question, the officer said he paced you at 75 while you were doing 80 in a 65 zone. That does not work in any case. You admit to going 50 in a 45 zone. The only numbers in you question that translate between mph and kph are 80 kph is about 50 mph. You also said the police car was hauling serious *** to catch you. That would not be the case if they had been pacing you. I don't know who is wrong, but this story does not add up.
