Since it was discovered that they abused their authority and those juveniles in the TYC youth facilities by raping,beating them countless amounts of times from the guards to even higher ranking officials to the warden. Now "Govenor" Rick Perry has stated that he will release 90-percent of it's housed prisoners (whether generally speaking or otherwise) is uncertain. What is as of now not known is how he plans on dealing with the culprit's.

I this case, I think every third person in America should be found guilty of being mortally stupid and corrupted. The Sentence should be ten years in prison, no parole and no card games for the first six years. And of course, no TV for ten years. No shopping for the rest of there lives, and no money in their pockets ever again.
After prison, the released would not be illegible for a drivers license of any kind for life. They would be forced to go through a sex change and then put back in Prison for the rest of the Century. At that point, we would get tough on them.
