What sort of actions might fall within the "zone of concurrent power" in which either the Congress or President might constitutionally act, so long as Congress hasn't expressly limited the power of the President?

Does the modern world require that the President have war power authority never envisioned by the framers? For example, can Congress respond sufficiently quickly to hijackings, terrorist bombings at overseas facilities, and other threats to American citizens?

I have a Default Judgement Order against a Police Authority. They now seek to set aside and strike out My Claim.
In Simple terms I sued for damages as a result for unreasonable failure to exercise due and proper care for my own and my family interests. Now they argue I am a witness, and the 2,500 hours of work done to prepare my Statement is inelligable for payment, because I have a Civic Obligation so to do. I am Not a witness of fact. How can I defend this application?

I do drugs and I'm not going to lie. I'm not proud of it and they have caused MANY problems in my life. However, most of my friends smoke pot which I don't do anymore and they manage to be productive citizens and are actually much easier to be around than people who drink. So, I think marajuana should be legal to possess in small quantities for adults only of course. I don't think other drugs should be legal but the penalities shouldn't be so severe for simple possession. They should quit sending so many addicts to jail or prison 'cause all it does is give them some time out and then they're back at it. Our country needs to be harder on the dealers instead that prey on people who are looking for something to take the pain and problems away in their lives. They (meaning the government and legal system) need to send more addicts to rehab, rehabs that are nice with kind staff and pleasant atmospheres that don't look like prison so addicts can learn to LIKE being sober.

Do you think Iran is lying?
Yes? Then How Do the British Prove It?
No? Then What Was Britian Doing?

Is This Just More Political Posturing For Iran? Otherwise known as "Fluffing one's feathers" or "Urinating to mark one's territory" and "Flexing one's muscles"?

Hello!

I am in my final year of studying Printing and writing my dissertation on the counterfeiting of banknotes in Europe.
I must include primary research (ie:interviews, questionnaires) which is hard to get.
Basically i want to get in touch which someone who can give me information on banknote counterfeiters.
It could be someone who has been in jail or know someone who is and might have an inmate in for forging banknotes. Or a security staff or a policeman... Any information welcome.

I just need to ask a few questions on their activity, whether they were ex-printers, opportunists desktop forgers etc.

I would include any name in my acknowledgment part and could provide a copy.

I don't believe i will get much response (if any?!) but thought it's worth a try. Thank you for reading anyway.

You can leave information on Yahoo or contact me on fiuk4u@yahoo.co.uk
