Bush has been praising the man and stating he backs him up 100%. Judging by the past, that's a sure sign he's going to get canned.

Despite Bush's hissy fits and proclamations of support, one session in front of the Judicial Committee under oath--and I'm thinking he's toast. If not, I wouldn't be suprised if State's Attorneys decide to re-sign around the Nation citing an inability to perform under such poor leadership.
