Why do I have to wait a year before joining the army? THen others that did worse things were allowed to join , either join or go to jail. I really want to join the navy or army and the army recruter told me I would have to wait a year, I haven't talked to the navy yet, the marines said they would take me if I wasn't on probation, but I don't want to join the marines.

Anyone know anything about this?

Let's face it. She and her allies on the lunatic left had to spend millions (or is it billions? Someone get me exact numbers on this please? Would be much appreciated. Make sure you cite your source for my own research purposes) of our tax dollars, conservatives and liberals alike to BUY votes for her meaningless spending bill that sets an artificial, unenforcible timetable for withdrawl from Iraq (Congress has power only to cut funding, not micro-manage wars, Constitutionally speaking.).
They money went to pet projects of senators, including shrimp farms and peanut storage among other things.
Isn't it sad that this bill couldn't pass on its own merits and so essentially had to be passed through bribary?

I've asked and people say to adopt newborns look into local hospitals and such, and I was wondering how you got in with the hospital to possibly adopt one of the babies that are left at the hospital or that their parents have lost rights. And my parents are foster parents and have many older children but would like to adopt another newborn. They adopted me from newborn too, but my adoption was arranged before I was born. Thinks in advance for your help.

Could Bush possibly work harder to wreck the international community. Likely hes hiding how he plans to bail out the Big 3 which are a disaster because american manufacturing and automobile technology bites so badly.

Is there any laws that are against posting papers on school grounds asking people to vote? I wouldnt think so but I need to make sure.

like a poster saying
" Help Our School and VOTE" ( I don't want to mension the cause because people dont stop and read posters they just quickly glare at it) and every one knows what the voting is about, just some care more than others.

also what is the distance that one has to be from a voting poll if that person is holding a poster with the name of a candidate?

Thanks

I found some money in with some litter at the edge of the street. No way to tell how long it was there.

If it was just some coins, no one would think it was stealing to pick it up and keep it.

If it was thousands of dollars an Honast man would turn it in for the owner to claim it.

How much would it have to be before it becomes stealing to just take it?

I recently moved from the UK to Japan and came across this for the first time...

You buy your bin-bags in packs, either large or small in size (volume). They're not that cheap- average about 3 UK pounds for a pack of 20- see-through, and have different coloured print on them, indicating what should be put in them.

Basically, the price of the bags pays for its collection and disposal. In short, if you throw out just one bag of rubbish a week you're not paying the same as someone who throws out fifteen bags a week.

The best bit is that the bags for recycleable items (separated into metals, glass, PET bottles, 'other' plastics) are markedly cheaper than those for burnable rubbish (food scraps, paper that you choose not to recycle, etc), so if you sort your rubbish into burnable and recyclable, you're both saving money / the planet and reducing the number of land-fill sites in your country.

How would you UK folk like this system back home? I for one think it's a great idea.

The Amnesty issue doesn't have anything to do with Amnesty, but everything to do with furthering the North American Union agenda.

Don't believe what I said above is true...LOOK at the facts..not what people say, but the facts. Look at the legislation and then think about WHO are the people who are backing all this legislation..including the companies who are wanting BOTH the Amnesty AND the NAU to go through. They are the very same people.

We are all being used.

I really need to enroll in a dental care program, I know that most military dependants can go through something called Concordia, but I just looked at their website and it didn't seem to help. Does anyone have personal experience with this, or know how much it costs? If it helps, I am a navy wife. Thanks!
