see... my dad was arrested for missing a court date. They didn't subpeona him. Would we get our bail money back?

If he knew he had a court date, with or without a supeona, then the money is gone, he missed it and I bet he knew about it,,sorry,,,,,

if he missed his court date he most likely has a bench warrant out for him. If he had fines to pay they may have used that money to pay them and if so he should be okay but as for getting your money back that is up to the bondsman or court depending on how it was handled
