I don't see why you can't call, just have your case number, they might ask you some person questions, like your 'Mother Madin' name?
In my 'County' you 'look under..'County of where you live', find the 'area' that tells you where ..what you were arrested for, what date & on & on. I have a Son who has been on 'drugs' since 13-14yrs. old, so I keep track of what & where he is that way. We HAD to get a 'Restraing Order' to get him out of the house, so hes homeless. Oh yea they ask for a birth date, sorry but I haven't 'check' his record in mons. so I for got some of what to do, but it is really easy...you can even check on your friends...LOL
Next time ask the 'Baliff' he will tell you I know its hard to hear the Judge in such a large room. yes your Propration officer should have all that info. also, so call him durning the wk., some are easy to get ahold off, some it takes a few days.

The official sentence, which is always written down, will have these numbers -- if they weren't already given to you (or your lawyer) at some earlier stage of the proceeding.
