I really need to enroll in a dental care program, I know that most military dependants can go through something called Concordia, but I just looked at their website and it didn't seem to help. Does anyone have personal experience with this, or know how much it costs? If it helps, I am a navy wife. Thanks!

It's through United Concordia. Call them at 1-800-332-0366 and let them know that you want to enroll. It's about $28.00 a month. they will send you a benefits booklet. It's decent insurance.

He as to enroll in the family dental plan at work. They deduct the $26 or whatever from his check. Then you can go to any dentist that accepts concordia insurance. You'd still pay part of the bill but the insurance would be in place for some of it.

It's called United Concordia. I know that's the right one for the army and I'd guess it would be the same for the navy. For us (me and 2 kids) its $26 a month taken out of the pay check. Took about a month to get the plan in effect. You should be able to get the forms from their website.(that's how I did it)

you sign up on the website. you will pay the first month's premium with a CC and then after that it will come directly out of yoru spouses' pay.

it is slightly over $10/ month for just a spouse, and about $28 for a spouse and all children.
