Been there done that, only it wasn't a $100 bill, it was a wad of money out of his jacket pocket. Thought about keeping it but wouldn't like that to happen to me. .

If I saw the person drop it, I'd give it back. If I found it on the ground I'd keep it no matter who was near it.

I'd tell them. Wouldn't you want someone to tell you? There's no excuse for keeping the money if you can identify the owner.

if i say who dropped it, i would give it back. if i saw the 100 dollars and didn't see who dropped it, i would keep it.

I would do the right thing and tell them that they dropped their money as opposed to doing the greedy republican thing of just pocketing the money for myself.

I'd pick it up and hand it to them. I've done that before and will do it again if the opportunity presents itself. I'd want to be treated that way.

Honesty is the best policy. In law, you are duty-bound to inform the owner of the money that you found or you have to deposit it in the local government unit.

If I knew the person I would return it but if I didn't know the person, I would take it, but only after I was sure they were far enough away that they didn't notice it dropping, so they wouldn't turn around and see me taking it.
