The police and the criminals freely roaming around in the city, look at foreigners like hungry wolves. If they spot a foreign girl alone, they approach her manacingly like mad dogs. There is no safety for tourists.

When changing one's name (first, middle, and last), legally, can one use the former name AND latter name? For example, if my name was 'John Smith' and I changed it to 'Billy Johnson', is it still legally sound to use 'John Smith' for documents such as bank business, tax information, credit card info, etc.? .. Or will the use of the previous name no longer be valid?

It is said that to take a board of director out of his position, it requires the president to command the secretary to hold a meeting to decide on this issue. How can that be possible if the board member you would like to impeach is the president? And how can it be possible to have a meeting of the stockholders if the company is composed of [let's say] three million stockholders?

Executive Privilege defined as;
The theoretical right of a President and other top officials of the executive branch to withhold information from Congress and the courts.

Everyone defending this administration and the attorney General says the president himself was never informed or is not involved in this.....so how can conversations or discussions or communications between 2 parties with the president not involved be argued as Executive priviledge when President or Vice President is not involved?

The attorney general is part of the judicial branch of government and bush advisors arent even in a position to receive executive privilege unless they involved the president.
So doesnt that exec priv arguement get tossed out the window?

Inspite of the voices of industrialization, does the CM believe that the multinationals who come here to invest feels overwhelmed to site the horrendous trivialities of a normal kolkata daily life? Broken rodas, garbage , dust , pollution, slums, street dogs, crippling transportation system, worn out buildings and so on. CM often goes for foreign travels to call for investments. Why doesnt he bother about improving the quality of life here as compared to the World standards? Even Mumbai & Delhi & many other Indian cities are far better off than us!!!!!

Do you think it is ethical for a lawyer to sue someone and win a judgement against them, only to immediately turn around and sign this same person on as their client to sue another lawyer?

For example, person A hires lawyer A to sue person B and person B has hired lawyer B. Lawyer A is successful at trial and wins judgement against person B in the amount of $1 million dollars.

Person B has no money but Lawyer B over $5 million dollars and Lawyer A knows this. Lawyer A calls Person B and says "sign with me and I'll get your $1 million you owe Person A, plus I'll get you an additional $1 million out of lawyer B because he was ineffective as your counsel."

What do you think as South African citizens?
I am a born South African, but the state SA is in right now is really scary, We on the verge of our country being ruined, after 2010 , i think everything is going to go downhill. Our own president does not acknowledge the high crime rate in SA. The pollution may not seem so bad now but if it carries on like this it will become bad.


Minorities in SA are being pushed aside (e.g white, coloured, indian) Why are we as minorities being told to stand at the back of the line while Blacks get put in front. Are we not suppose to all be equal.

Look at the SA Army - its a joke - if anyone attacked SA, we would all be dead (Im not being racist by saying this) but when the white goverment was in charge we had a world class Army now the army looks lazy & overfed.

If SA Has some underground Army , please tell me coz the way our Army is going - we wont have one when we need it.
