I need some real specifics of what to take. I will be leaving in May and will be there the whole Summer into the Fall. Just want a good idea of what to take and what to leave behind. Thanks!

Except from military stuff a portable computer would be a good idea. Or a dvd player with some dvds that you like. Or a number off books to read while off duty. If youre into music then pearhaps a mp3 player is a good idea. The basic advice is to take anything you like thats fit the weight limit. Johan

Hand held laser, radar detector. Batteries. Short wave radio. Sat up link cell, pda. Solar battery recharger. Ibox with games. A laptop would be nice. Good birth control. Some hot CD's, and a small set of killer speakers. Boredom is a real problem between jobs. Needless to say, specialty foods, and cocktail onions. I know, Iknow, keep it light and tight. And no flash.
