The police and the criminals freely roaming around in the city, look at foreigners like hungry wolves. If they spot a foreign girl alone, they approach her manacingly like mad dogs. There is no safety for tourists.

this is not true.the same type of menace occurs in any corner of the world.the tourists should however exercise caution while touring any country.there may be some incidents as you mentioned, in India.but it is the same case all over the world.do you mean that you don't have any criminal in the other countries.why should a girl be alone at a circumstance and at a place which is not safe.this is a common problem which is to be dealt carefully by the tourist by being at a safe side.this is also a common problem throughout the world.who said there are no safety.it is you who should avoid being unsafe.

Only in our India foreigners tourists can enjoy (all over india)
freely, and well safe. Which can't be seen no other countries as well. But, some bad elements peoples are living in every
countries.they will do this, like rafe, decoite & so others crimes. In our India, that bad elements persons are not enough. A rafe case may be held not only foreigners girls, our indian girls are also traping this rafe case, when, they are walking alone. Some mad dogs peoples are approching that.
these persons are un- accountability & uncivilised.
However, in our india forigners(specially ladies) are getting well safty other than countries.

Sorry, there may be some isolated cases, basically Indians are known for their hospitality. Statistics show the growing rate of Foreign tourists inflow to India. People who are targetted as you said are not come in groups with a licensed Guide in tow. If they wander alone, naturally the are exposed to bad touts. Many such people will not follow the law of land, drugs are completely banned in India, but I will show you hundreds of them (foreigners) taking it at open, in beaches of Goa and at Hampi, Please check the statistics of Thailand, sex tourism have become so popular there. Who are the spending there. A tourist is a tourist, he has to prepare himself, know the laws of land, and then should enter, should consult only Government recognised Guides. Report to local Police.
