Court proceedings are sometimes put on the net, at least in civil cases. They are also printed in books which come out every month or so, very expensive. I can't think of any likely books at the moment but if you have a law library near you may find the books there. It may be several months before the proceedings are published.

Both in theory and practice it should be possible. The question is can yuo buy notes of a single case? That's I am not sure.
