I hired a photography studio for my daughter's wedding, the photographer who took the pictures no longer works for them. This photographer has sent pictures, to one of the girls in my daughters wedding party, pictures from her wedding to her myspace account. I had to pay for these pictures and the photographer is given them to people for free. Without my permission or the permission of the studio that I paid to do my daughters wedding. What recourse do I have if any?

Do you feel that there are any third party candidates who have a chance of winning, or at least making the two major parties take notice? Would you vote for him/her even if the possibility of them winning was extremely remote?

Interesting article on and letter by Czech President Vaclav Klaus warning the US Congress that environmental extremism is the modern equivalent of communism. Considering his background as an economist and world leader, plus the fact he has lived most of his life under communist rule, you would think he knows a bit about communism.

Democrats, who supposedly oppose the war in Iraq with such vigor, are having absolutely no problem loading up an emergency funding bill with their pet pork projects. How much is being thrown down the proverbial pork barrel? Try $10 billion dollars. That's right...billion...with a 'B.' Let's look at just a few of the examples, shall we?

mong the war spending: $3.7 billion in farm subsidies. How this benefits our fighting men and women in Iraq, who knows. Another $2.9 billion is thrown in for good measure, this time for Gulf Coast rebuilding...you know, Katrina and all. Topping off the list is $2.4 billion for things like money for school districts, health insurance for the poor and such. But what's even more comical is that Democrats are defending it.

My husband is to appear in court to modify his child support obligation to his ex-wife. We are supposed to bring W2's and tax returns for the past 3 years with us, along with his current check stubs. Does the court use our combined income to calculate his monthly child support obligation, or do they only use HIS income? I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

My question is is this workable? First, would it be very hard for her to get a tourist visa to the U.S.? Secondly, once she was here and we got married, would she then be allowed to stay in the U.S.? Any thoughts on this? I've already visited her but it's been more than two years now so in order to get a fiance visa I would have to go back there, and I would rather that she would just come here.

My husband was driving for a SMALL trucking company and told them after he dropped his current load they needed to find him something coming home because he quits. That was on a Tuesday. On his was back the COMPANY TRUCK broke down and the airlines got caught on something and broke as well. He was stuck sitting in a shop for almost 72 hours until it was fixed. He left the shop and it broke down again about an hour later and he waited for the tow truck and then a relative picked him up. They took $141.00 out of his check saying that he owed it for the repairs on the airlines. The damage was not intentional and he never signed anything saying they could take money out for damages. We live in Indiana. Is that legal? or wouldn't they need to pay in full and then sue us for damages if they think he owes them? I would love it if someone knew the actual law and where I could reference it from. I've been searching but can't seem to find anything that applies. Thanks

Bush supporters if you could choose ONLY one of the two options below and it would happen, which would it be.

Option A: Bush and Cheney just disappear. Leaving Speaker Of The House Nancy Pelosi as President. The fighting stops in Iraq. The Kurds, Sunnis, and Shiites immediately make peace. They all decide to do what Bush/Cheney always wanted them to do. Al Quada decides to leave the country. Basically anybody that is causing trouble for the U.S. agenda is no longer a problem. The U.S. has won the war !
Option B: Bush and Cheney remain as President and Vice President until their term is over. What will happen in Iraq remains to be seen. Just as it is today.

Well, which would you choose ? Show me your courage. Pick one or the other. No cop outs or trying to have it both ways.
