I received a mail that Yahoo/Hotmail had awarded me with USD 85000 now to claim the prize money they have asked me for the Sworn Affidavit of Claim from UK High court. So one person Mr. Jones Has called me to [pay the Fees that is 450 Ponds. Should i pay that.

About me ; A simple man, soft spoken , Our habits like daily doing exersise half an hour, i have own construction company as a proprietor, & i stand without any others supports , i had three two wheelers with gear & without gear vehicals & shortly buying Four wheeler, & also i have leased house in bangalore staying separtely along with my younger brother, i was slighty left leg due to the doctor negligence at child age about 3years, but normal wel to do ,by riding all type of vehicals, & looks fair with deecent character,no more words .

My brother was arrested and they took him in for " DUI", at least that was the only thing they could get him on. He had a beer about 2-3 hours before leaving to go to the store. When he was pulled over the cop said he smelled "pot" He blew all zeros on the breath test. and the only "test" he didn't do so well was the heel to toe test. They had him on a slant with mulch all around. On the was into the jail, the officer stopped to pick up some little boy. Can they do this???? And he wouldn't take a blood test or anything like that. It wasn't because he had been smoking, but the fact that is would show up for another time than this one. Were the cops wrong in anyway, mostly to get a child to ride along? Please some answers!!!! Thanks

So in less than one year my dad has already had 3 speeding tickets. This most recent one was from a crooked cop. He was only going 73 but the cop jot him down for 78. What can we do? And is that enough points to get his license suspended?

WASHINGTON (March 19) - The optimism that helped sustain Iraqis during the first few years of the war has dissolved into widespread fear, anger and distress amid unrelenting violence, a survey found.

The poll -- the third in Iraq since early 2004 by ABC News and media partners -- draws a stark portrait of an increasingly pessimistic population under great emotional stress. Among the findings of this survey for ABC News, USA Today, the BBC and ARD German TV:

-- The number of Iraqis who say their own life is going well has dipped from 71 percent in November 2005 to 39 percent now.

-- About three-fourths of Iraqis report feelings of anger, depression and difficulty concentrating.

-- More than half of Iraqis have curtailed activities like going out of their homes, going to markets or other crowded places and traveling through police checkpoints.

-- Only 18 percent of Iraqis have confidence in U.S. and coalition troops, and 86 percent are concerned that someone in their household will be a victim of violence.

or do they just vote on the one who is telling them what they want to hear
just because they say they are behind something or believe in something doesn't mean they have any intentions to making it happen

I valet parked at a restaurant, did not see a sign saying something to extent that I have to remain on restaurant premise or else I would be towed. I parked there, went walking around for few hours and returned. My car was still there and the attendent claimed that he had just called the tow truck and said if I didn't pay him the $75 fee to cancel the tow truck that my car would be towed. I do not believe that he had called a tow truck, however, he would not give me my keys until I paid him the $75, and demanded cash. What options do I have with this valet company? Can I file a case with the police department for extortion? I have a valet receipt that says I paid them $75. Thinking about calling consumer watch group or newsstation because they did this to me, I'm sure they have done it to many others and pocketing $75 cash each time!!Frustrating! any advice really appreciated. Thanks in advance
