theyd both be pretty hard but seal training would probibly take the cake it has an insane dropout rate and if they only need 10 seals and theres a calss of 80 guess whut 70 aint gonna pass not taking anything away from recue swimmers but buds is probly the hardest school out there that our para rescue jumpers.

Probably the Navy Seals, as they have to deal with allot more than just swimming and water rescue, though i'll bet the rescue swimmer is allot more fun.

Coast guard--it is all swimming and water confidence--not carrying telephone poles with 12 other guys on a beach---rescue swimming in rough water, helicopter bail-out, equipment and paramedic training-----you are alone in the water--better believe the training is tough. seals are demolition, underwater work---weapons--tough but not the same as a rescue swimmer. Both are extremely tough men and women-physically and mentally.---EQUAL RESPECT FOR ALL

Seals.

Neither, USAF Pararescue. SEAL dropout rate 70%, Pararescue dropout rate 90%.

Pararescue 300 strong, SEAL 4000 strong. It's easy to be a seal. It's extremely difficult to be a PJ.

Well, try this. Do the Navy Seal entrance exam and then the CG one. Come back and tell us which was tougher. I think we all know what you will say.

Ever heard of U.S. Army Ranger school? Tougher than both the schools you mentioned.
