What are "National Republicans" and what era are they from?

There are at least three types of Republicans these days.

1. Social Conservatives. Those that use fundamental religious beliefs to underscore their political positions.

2. Fiscal Conservatives. Those that are pocketbook issues focused.

3. Libertarian. Those that are Constitution/Original-Intent focused. (That's me).
