Even though I've moved over to Europe, I still keep Ronald Reagan stamps in my wallet. I miss those days when he was President, and no matter where you travelled around the world people respected the U.S. It was a happier time, and when Reagan was in the White House, you could feel hope for the future in the air, even if you didn't agree with all his policies.
I remember taking a trip to the small Bolivian town of Cochabamba, and a young boy across the street, noticing I must be American, flashed a big smile at me and said, "Ronald Reagan #1"
