I think one example of a Utopian society is an ant hill. Every ant works, every ant eats, every ant sacrifices its life readily for the Queen, and the ants don't have any qualm. It seems however, everytime we try to make up a system, it almost always begins to crumble. With Capitalism, we have corruption and greed. With Communism, we ALSO have corruption and greed. Everything in between always seems to fall to one side or another. Is there anyway to think beyond this "right wing vs left wing" mentality and implement human nature, land and space, and resources to come even close to a utopian society? Not even utopian, just one that works in the long run.

I'm planning to buy a gun, so I can protect myself..I'm pretty new to this idea...

How much does a gun cost?
Where can I buy it?
Do I need to give reasons why I want to purchase it (to the owner of the store)?
How old can you purchase one?
If I want to protect myself..where should I put the gun? I mean, I can't carry it with me all the time..
If a police checks my house, will he thinks me as a bad person for having a gun in my house?

Is there other way to protect myself than having gun ready?

I"m a US citizen.

So how come most people do not know about the MKULTRA?

It is unclassified, so why is the mainstream media avoiding it?

Passionate young men are easily manupulated by corrupt politicans.

Whether right or wrong the passion is the same.

When my dad died 2 years ago my aunt said "You girls are entitled to 1/3 but we need the money." Being in such a fog we never looked into this. I'm 37 and married. My dad didn't have much of anything just SS and Disability. But he did own a few vehicles. My sister and I don't want money for that purpose we just want what our dad would want, to get what he'd want us to have. No, there was no WILL except something he wrote on paper several years ago stating his grand-daugther was to get everything and it was to be managed by myself until she was 18. Can I do anything with that? I live in a different state than he did and is buried in. Any help, information or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks. Now that my head is out of a fog I can better handle this.

I read an article in the UK. They are testing teaching children about homosexuality through storybooks.

Do you agree that this is a good idea or not? Do you think this experiment will encourage children to practice the homosexual lifestyle or to accept it as moral? What do you think?

Bill Clinton would be six feet under.
So would Hillary.
So would Al Gore.
As would John Kerry.
As would John Edwards,
and Joe Biden,
and Ted Kennedy,
and Nancy Pelosi,
and John Murtha,
and Michael Moore would have disappeared long ago.
As would have just about everyone in Hollywood.
Freedom of the press would be gone.
All you liberals on this site would be in jail or wiped out.
The anti war marches would have been bloodbaths because the army would have opened fire.

I am so tired of armchair Generals and water cooler politicians, half the people who post their rants couldn't even name the three branches of government let alone convince me their opinions are researched, educated and THEIRS, not just someone elses bandwagon they have jumped on. Political bashing, name calling, the blame game and staying in the past will not help us advance as Americans, mistakes have and will be made, lets learn from them and move on.

Have you ever noticed the best leader for you or us is either the one we HAD, the one we're GOING to have, but never the present one?......mabey it's time WE grow up a little.
