The best way is to read the court case itself. Read the filings, and read the court opinion as issued by the judge or justices.

Remember that there is very little objectivity to be had, since Judges are either elected or appointed by elected officials. Lifetime appointments don't make Judges apolitical, they just secure the Judges' politics from the electorate's.
