Why not just look up "1960s" on wikipedia? There'll be links to a whole bunch of articles dealing with 1960's issues, and from them you'll be able to find other sites that specialise in the decade. That sounds like a good first stop.

What kind of things are you looking for? History books will tell you things, but so will books on music, poetry, the civil rights movement...
Be a little more specific.
