Why is it that the law is so strict on people riding bikes, mopeds, roller skates/blades and skateboards on public footpaths and through pedestrianised areas, but, disabled people an OAP's seem to be able to drive motorised scooters and wheelchairs at whatever speed they like, with no regard for pedestrians.

I am 7 months pregnant and I have a 2 older children (10 and 7) and I also have a 16 month old who is in a pushchair, I was almost hit by one of these scooters and the person did not even stop to see if I was okay and acted as if I wasn't there.

Does anyone agree with me that there needs to be a change in the law to prevent a child getting hurt by the few people who don't seem to care how fast or where they drive.

India is a socialist country and Parlamentary form of government where public enterprises and private enterprises coexist. Public enterprise checks the monopolistic tendencies of private enterprises. Government of India is resorting to privatising all public enterprises leading to capitalism from the form of socialistic country. Why not our country is not adopting Presidential form of Government when there is everything is privatised. In sequence, Socialist fabric of India is torn by present day government due to privatisation all public enterprises are vanishing forming syndrome of capitalism. Elaborate.

Basically, your business can't run until repairs are made. Insurance and whatnot will cover the repairs. But, meanwhile, you aren't able to make any money to pay your bills. Can you sue for the lost income? This actually with an underage driver with no license, and I know the parents would be the ones you sue.

im doing a speech on "the inconvenient truth" anyway i basically need to know the REAL reason that america declared war on iraq. i know bush said it was to free the iraqis and disarm the WMD, and stop saddam and all that.
i've heard it was because of oil.
is there proofof that?
and can anyone help me know the REAL reason america invaded iraq?

progress, but have had absolutely no input or help from the recruiter. I keep reading that they generally help you get in shape and down to weight to enlist. Is this correct? Why is mine not doing his job if that it is part of the job? Please, no rude comments about how they can't do it for me let me, I am aware of that fact, but I know my progress would be a lot faster if I was working with someone who really knows what they are doing. IF you truely think the world is going to pot, have you laid in any kind of survival supplies and if so, what? Break it down into food, fuel, shelter and defense. Are regular canned goods good enough or have you purchased hundred dollar survival kits? What kind of fuel have you stored and how? Planning on staying in your primary residence or do you have a safe house in the woods? How are you going to defend your family and property from those who would loot it? Have you formed a cooperative with any other people? Or are you just going to do like in New Orleans and wait for the federal government to come save you?

I have filed for divorce from my husband who is from egypt and we married in cairo and he then came to america but was not with me only 4 months of the whole year he has been in america.Can he still claim to be married to me and recieve his new green card, because his will expire in one more year....I dont know much about this but I am very worried what he will do since he has not even signed the divorce either......mainly does anyone know the laws for a problem like this? thank you.

I'm very tired of seeing In God We Trust on my money, Considering Religion is outlawed in schools Why is it not outlawed on my money and why is my goverment supporting this God character? Just a debate down there -

Q: Our ancestors came here, So other people can come here as well.

A: Ancestors came into uncivilized land and colonized it. It was uncivilized, undeveloped and barely inhabited.

Q: Noone complyed with immigration laws back then, they came w/o visas.
A: Hello, there were no laws, no constitution of native america. The land was Conquered, period. Native amricans resisted colonization and actually killed bunch of britons. Should we wage a war against Mexico, following this logic.?.


And since Mexicanos so much like to migrate, why dont they migrate to the south???..To "Colonize" central amerika, Just to be like owr ancestors (Actually not mine, heh). But yeah!
