I am trying to find websites where I can write a soldier. I don't want to write a soldier through a website so they can print it out and put in in a package for them, I want to be assigned a specific soldier that I can write whenever I want and he/she can write me too. Does anyone know of any websites where I can find this? Any advice?

As I see our world get more and more intensified these days, I wonder if it's not the world that has all the problems... Maybe we have the problems.

I'm not trying to bash our system, because I LOVE THE CONSTITUTION. I just think that when the times are changing, maybe we should go with them. I don't think our voices are being heard enough, and maybe we should change that.

Your opinions, or ideas??

What are your thoughts on this statement: Australian democracy would be strengthened by the election of members of minor political parties to the House of Representatives.
Can someone please give an overview of what this means and provide their point of view.

I am not truing to bash anybody.I don't live in USA but seems to me from failing to secure the borders, failing to hold the people responsible for 9/11,still dealing with the main country that funded 9/11,ignoring UN,invading Iraq, trying to bully other countries to do the same to the devastation in Katrina WHY do you support Bush.I am just trying to understand. Please give me your reasons.

WASHINGTON, DC—Almost 4 years after the cessation of major combat and a year after the nation's first free democratic elections, President Bush unveiled the coalition forces' strategy for exiting Iraq.

Bush announces the pullout of Iraq through Iran.
"I'm pleased to announce that the Department of Defense and I have formulated a plan for a speedy withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq," Bush announced Monday morning. "We'll just go through Iran."

Bush said the U.S. Army, which deposed Iran's longtime enemy Saddam Hussein, should be welcomed with open arms by the Islamic-fundamentalist state.

"And Iran's so nearby," Bush said. "It's only a hop, skip, and a jump to the east." We will endure and win. The world is on our side. So is God.

I was in the military for 8.5 years. I served as enlisted although I attended a military academy. I left the military because I found being enlisted degrading. In fact, I felt degraded by stupid ROTC grad officers who were never enlisted. I believe that military officers should only be chosen from enlisted and never given a commission until they have served at least 3 years as enlisted. I also believe that the requirement of a college degree should be done away with for combat MOS's and aviation. I have 3 degrees, and one is just as useless as the other two. I also believe that if a person is young enough to serve as enlisted, then he or she should never be considered too old to become an officer. Who agrees, disagrees or has thoughts to offer? This is intended to be a debate.

I had a back ground check the other day and found I had a felony charge of grand theft filed by my ex-wifes' boyfriend from like 10yrs ago. The police told me I was free to go that VA was not interested in coming to get me. Is there a statute of limitations for grand theft after you have been charged? They have no wittnesses or any thing it was just him and her try'n to start crap ... I mean the warrant had my name wrong hair and eye color wrong at first then refiled it when they talked to my ex wife... What can I do to get this resolved?

This was the operation after the 1972 Munich Olympics killings.

I would prefer to focus on how this relates to globalization and/or international relations. Specific results, consequences, and political maneuvers which ensued would be much help to me.

I would prefer information from credible sources, as I need to thoroughly analyze the political/global consequences.

Asking this question in reference to this answer I read to another question:

"The more important question is, why are the United States and Mexico so different? Why is it that we have so much more than Mexico? Did the Pilgrims just happen to land in the richest country the world has ever known? Or did they CREATE the richest country the world has ever known? Perhaps if Mexicans turned their energy inward, and fixed what's wrong with their own country, there wouldn't be any need to leave it. I'd go as far as to suggest that conditions in Mexico would improve if we shut down the border, and shipped back all the illegals. Then the problem becomes simple. Either the Mexicans fix Mexico, or they starve to death. I think they're smart enough to do what they have to do, if they no longer have the option of running away from it."

DOES ANYONE ELSE BUT ME SEE THE FLAW IN THIS LOGIC? THE PILGRIMS WOULD NOT HAVE SURVIVED THE FIRST WINTER HERE WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE NATIVE AMERICANS.

I got pulled over for speeding at 4pm, riverside ca. The speed limit was 65 mph and the cop pulled me over and clocked me @ 102 mph. It was stupid of me to do. no doubt. I guess i was so tired and just wanted to go home. I recently had a ticket for no stopping at a stop sign a month ago and currently about to go to drivng school for it. so I don't think that I am eligible for driving school this time. Around how much will my ticket be and what is the best way to reduce my fine. It was stupid of me to do and I definitely learned my lesson. Any answer would be a great help. Thanks.

I'm a political consultant in Austin, Texas. I was hoping for a friendly sabbatical from the usual nastiness to get the pulse of America. I wanted to see what matters to people. But some of you folks really take the cake.

I'm a Democrat. My wife is a Republican. I have no problems with Republicans. I don't agree with 70% of what they believe politically, but it's a free country. I DO have a problem with these neoconservatives, who have hijacked the Republican agenda, and turned it into hate-filled nonsense against immigrants, environmentalists, Muslims, peaceniks and anti-war people, etc., etc. All of the neocons here are rude, illogical, hypocritical, and fueled by hate. I say that with all the love I can muster for any fellow human being.

What can we do to bring the level of discussion up from these dumb tit-for-tat arguments?

You want to flame me? Bring it. You can dish it, but obviously can't take it. That's why you won't take incoming messages.

My husband was in a bad place 4 years ago, and he did not show up for court when his ex was petitioning for him to sign away his rights to his daughter. I he almost done paying the back child support that he owed. He keeps thinking that he wanted to be there to see his daughter, is it too late for him, as far as legally? The bad part about this is his ex wife works for a family law lawyer, so she gets free legal aid, we dont have the money for a lawyer, is this a lost cause? Please help!! She is 8 years old. The mother says that when she is ready for a relationship with her father, probably when she is a teenager, and ready to take on the responsibility of a mental relationship with him, then thats when they can have a relationship, but who knows how long that will be. She does not want us sending her gifts for her birthday or Christmas, or even letters, not to confuse her. Does ANYONE have any advise?
