No. UFOs are probes sent by aliens millions of years ago to study Earth. The cultures that built UFOs have evolved into new more advanced cultures or they died out like we will. They have still not been able to defeat Einstein's relativity theories.

Just look at George W. Bush, how could extraterrestrials not have visited at least Texas. This isn't a political answer, Bush looks like a cross between a chimp and ET.

Not likely. A lot of reasons I won't go into here, but there must be other logical explanations for UFO and "alien" phenomena.
