you dont need any log book.i am selling my house on the net so i am not paying any middleman..eg,estate agents.that idea was dropped due to a lot of people cant afford to have this crap laid on them.if i want to make a deal with you to buy my house that would be our business between us.not a con to put more money in the chancellors pocket.they cant stop a private sale.

I think this is the one that says if you are selling a house you have to produce a book similar to a log book outlining changes and faults
