IF ACCUSSED SHOULD THE ACCUSER SIGN OR NOT SIGN A PC OF PAPER THAT ONLY CONTAINEDSOME OF THE WORDS.THEY NEED TO READ THE WHOLE STATEMENT

Accuser can sign the charge sheet if he feels sure that it represents his accusations though this is not required. A criminal charge is brought by the state against the accused. Not the accuser.

The accused should only sign statements made verbatim by him. Better not sign anything at all if you are the accused.

Don't sign if it's not right. You'll get destroyed in court. Your signature is legal consent.

Do not sign anything that has blank spaces in it. Do not sign anything that you do not understand fully. Do not sign anything that you do not agree with.
