I would ban the use of curry and implement the mandatory use of deodorant... preferably the kind found in the US... you know, the solids? none of this ******** spray that doesn't work worth a damn.

Clean out the Ganges River, corral all of the animals that walk around town like they own something, make sure everyone gets to eat, fly in enough physicians & medical supplies to make sure everyone that is sick gets seen by a doctor & the drugs they need and at the end of the day tell some one in Apu's voice, "thank you for coming to India, now don't come again."
