I have my own opinions about it. I would like to hear from libertarians themselves. To me it is about individual rights and minimal government. Is there anything else I am missing?

Well just recently i went to see my boyfriend who is a marine and is in hes final training until he is sent to North Carolina and well he was acting wierd and he said that he could maybe get in trouble if he was holding my hand im thinking he might have thought that he could get in trouble maybe cuz im 17 years old and not 18 so do you think that might be the reason of does that really not matter in the marines.???thank you

Many of the clothing optional beaches in the U.S. exist because there isn't a federal law barring nudity.

Does that mean that you can walk around naked on the Mall in DC? Are there other laws that apply?

im 19 years old i was 18 when i took $1800 from the register at the store i worked at . i admited openly to taking the money and cooperated with everyone. i had $140 i had taken that day and gave it back to the store. because i gave money back i was charged twice, missdmeanor theft for the $140 and felony for about $1800.. i was put in jail twice. my court date for the missdmeanor is march first. does anyone have a idea what my punishment will be for both charges? this is my first offense, ever.. ill never do anything like this again it was a stupid choice.

Are we going to allow Presidents to keep enacting "Acts" that encroach on the guarantees within the constitution or doesn't it really matter in times of war?

Are Americans really willing to lose liberty or the possibility of it for supposed security?

My Ex2Be is calling my employer to get me fired. She is going to tell them of an old felony (7years ago) and every other personal dirt she can say.

I pay child support for my only daughter that does'nt live with me, and losing my job would hurt her very much.

I sent her an email today saying As of 9 a.m today she should not contact my employer for any reasons. It is now documented.

If I lose my job, can I sue my ex for harassment/slander for my wages + loss of child support for my daughter + damages?

and you pulled over a couple sixteen or so year old ladies after leaving a pharmacy having written false prescriptions, and then driving drunk...what would you feel the punishment should be???

If these people would just take the time to read the Constitution, they would know the Speaker does NOT become Vice President if something happens to the current one. The 25th Amendment says (paragraph 2):
