Well that depends. Am I a "lame Duck" like President Bush. I mean what more aspirations does he have. Plus his rating is already pretty low. In that situation what the hell would it hurt by vetoing it? If anything it could HELP me. I use him as the perfect example because he may do it because a new Democrat Majority. Then when they raise hell about how he passed every Republican thing he will hand them the rope to hang themselves. See they will just be showing they are exactly the same as what they were going to "replace"

That's an excellent question (for once, they're rare in this section). I don't think any president could, if they did they would be a 1 term president, and I doubt they would ever get a budget passed :) It would be great for America though. I know congressman Flake from Arizona always attacks the earmarks, he seems to be the only one that stands up to them.
