For details, the Neo-Con nut jobs are complaining about us truth-seekers and having our accounts taken down, lets fight back, remember Google who now owns Youtube grassed the Chinese dissidents for the Chinese bucks (which amounts to potential deaths)

A friend of mine, has had a recent and minor run in with the system. But through ALL of it, out local District Attorney has dropped the ball, almost missing filing dates, getting the details wrong, having to correct his paperwork, and the judge complained that my friend should be punished not for his crime, but for what he COULD do in the future.

I'm starting to wonder, if they have done so poorly on such a simple case, if they could handle a really hard one!

Just curious, how many have faith in the whole judicial process, and laws? I dont see much fairness when a theif can sometimes send more time in jail than a murderer!

Could it be because the Communist were active in Hollywood during the 1930's, 40's, and 50? Even Ronald Reagan had a flartation with them in his early years out there. What do you think?

I know many people are on here for fun.. heck sometimes I log on just to rile people up a little.. but don't you ever get tired of your "nut uhh" and "uhh huhh" questions and answers and long for some intelligent debate and discussion? there is more hypocrisy in pointing the finger than in almost any other action one can take

I work for a state level agency currently and my only possibe option other than resignation would be leave without pay; however my job would still be there if and when I decided to return.

That my thread about Mitt Romney was removed? It wasn't inflamatory, it was complete with facts and argument.

I think he's a flip-flopper with no moral backbone, and I was warning people about the fact that he'll take any position on anything if it means he'll get elected.

A while back I was talking with someone at a boot sale. They told me that they had moved to the USA from the UK over 20 years ago, and were therefore US patriots. The conversation went on, and got round to the NHS, after them estolling the virtues of the US. They were so blaze about the fact that they had come back to the UK for a few months, so that the wife could have an operation done on the NHS, as it would have cost too much for her to have the operation in the USA; and they didn't want to pay, or claim on their health insurance otherwise the premiums would go up.

Why is there not a fail safe in the NHS to stop this happening!!!!!!!!

This sort of thing is costing all of us money from our taxes, and How many more ex- pats are doing this.

Is it a case of soft old Britain again.

and we as Americans are held to a "higher standard" and are made to be "politically correct" to the point where we can't even protect ourselves.

I can not understand how people are so "feel goody" to these people....do they not realize that these people want us all dead? That's ALL of us....even the feel gooders.

Should alcohol companies pay 45% of there intake to the NHS or Alcoholics Anonymous to help them support alcoholics.

I mean the way things stand, Alcohol companies are only interessted in making money and don't care how many student's become alcoholics or how many families are torn apart.

I think we should demand that they pay 45% of there income (each) towards medical and mental health care for alcoholics.

Alcohol companies state they only want people to have good time and they D=don't want people to become alcoholics. I feel that they do because Alcoholics are there best customers.

So, if they really don't want alcoholics, give 45% of your intake to help these people go on courses, that will stop there need for alcohol, so them different ways to live there life and that there is more to life.

Sort of the alcohol companies saying "We never wanted this for you or your family, let us help you sort yourself out because we made the alcohol, it's our fault"

Anyone agree?

After all, the war has exacerbated the global terrorist threat, because it's become a cause celebre among Muslim fundamentalists and now a whole new generation of terrorists is being bred. We also have a record deficit that keeps growing. And even worse, our global reputation is in the toilet. Sure, we may be the lone superpower now, but we're not the only country in the world and we do have to maintain relations with the rest of the planet.
