what kind of paperwork would i need, i have moved out of state and it happened in 2002.

It will depend on the type of felony, and length of time, need to check with a local lawyer

A little side note: even if you get it expunged that will not remove your name from the large data bases that collect information for employers, hence anytime in future when you apply for a job at a company that does back ground checks your felony will come up even if you have it expunged

It is a long difficult and expesnive process that is nearly impossible without an attny.

I dont know what the going rates for an attny in your area are.

I can tell you that you have no chance in hell for at least 10-20 years after the fact for a felony.

only depends 0f Wat you be lock up or be free-it depend up to you,personal.- i preferred my freedom, and the money question,always you manege
go and spend 1,500.00 $$ to clean you records and Kipp every Buddie's mouth shot.
or you going to have the police record always behind you.= expunged, you records ,police do not licker it. is the same lik you agents them, of Wat they sad in the court of low. if they find you not guilty you should expunge you records...

I can't imagine they would allow that if you were over 18 at the time.
