You can't take down a corporate server because they eliminated your data provided by their services. Ultimately, they're hosting information on THEIR computer, which means they can toss your information out any time they choose for any reason they choose.

Think of it this way: if i wanted you to store a box in your house you could say no if you liked. I couldn't sue you for refusing to store my property in your house. For the same reason, you don't have legal grounds to sue youtube.
