How can a lady get 2 years in prison for throwing a cup of coke at someone?? The jurors are judge are a bunch of morons. They said it was a missle! Wtf?!?!?!? How in the hell was it a missle, it's called USE COMMON SENSE. I think the jury should get prison time.

She's using some of the same agencies she used to go after Bill's girlfriends and the women that he abused who were not his girlfriends.

What do you think she wants these private detectives to find out?

Okay, I don't meant to start another political catfight on here. I'm a middle-of-the-road kind of guy, so I don't presently prefer one side or the other. I really don't know why such a significant number of people in this country dislike Hillary Clinton. I don't think that it's because she is a woman. Maybe it's simply because of who her husband is? Some of the really hateful stuff I hear people spouting seems to go beyond your typical far-right ranting. But whenever I ask those people (or even the less angry people) no one is able to give me any clear reason. It always boils down to, "I don't know, I just don't like her."

So if we could have a serious, mature discussion about this, I'd appreciate it.

I see so many quoting the ever famous "Wikipedia" to back their facts. Do most of you realize the Wikipedia is based on info anyone can input at anytime without needing proof to do so?

Is it wise to kill one man in order to "preserve peace"? Is it Christian to encourage Shiites to kill Sunnis in order to take control of their destiny in Iraq?

A lot of Conservatives complain anout the "liberal media", but for some reason....they continue to pay attention to the "liberal media".

Why don't they just shut off their tv and quit watching it? There are plenty of far right wing websites that will tell them what they want to hear!!

The optimist in me believes that there are alternatives to every war. I'm studying the Spanish-American War right now, and from what I've read it says some believe McKinley was pressured into the war. What with the Teller Amendment and such, what do you think McKinley's alternatives to war were at the time?

Because, they treathened us first and we obviously cannot do anything to them since China backs them. Do you think the others countries will do same things to us if we always yield like this? Do you think Iran want nuke now for same reason?

The local municipal council and its employee, the township clerk were taped at meetings with a resident of the town who was being sued by the town. At that meeting, statements were made by the officialswhich were admission of facts and / or denials. When the Housing Tribunal finally heard the case and the tape subsequently was played , it ruled against the town. Since that time any meetings in council have had recording devices posted and banned. Now , a new council is sitting, 3 old councilors and 2 new. The oldest serving councillor is the only one that voted to keep the total ban. To appease him they voted to allow recording devices only when council is notified at the start of the meeting. As regards to councils recording of the minutes of the meetings, it is minimal, contains no councillors' discussions and objections; only final disposition. So much for the highly touted "transparentcy" "openness" and "accountability".

The buzzer never went off as I walked out so I figured it was nice freebee. Problem is, this damn microwave does not work!!!!! Am I considered a customer since it was not rung up? How do I go about getting a refund?

I live in Canada with my spouse, a Canadian citizen. We were married 4 years ago. I have both Canadian and US citizenship. I was born in Canada to two American parents. I lived in the US as a child for only one year. I want my spouse to get a "green card" so that if we choose to move to the US, the paperwork will be complete and she can legally work right away.

I recently divorced almost a year and I did not sign a quit deed due to wanting my name off current mortgage of home. Its been an on going issue. The ex got the court to order the quit deed and filed it with the state. However, the mortgage is still is my name and the ex is now affecting my credit by not keeping up the payments. I believe I should be claiming the real estate taxes due to this and I am not sure if I can. I also need advice as to if the settlement states that the ex is to assume all interest and mortgage responsibilitiy how can I get this resolve.

The libs love to say how we shouldn't "impose democracy" on people who haven't stood up for it on their own. "Maybe they don't want democracy" the libs say.

So why do they insist upon imposing ant-poverty programs on poor people who have refused to take steps towards their own prosperity? Maybe they want to be poor. Some people take a vow of poverty for religious reasons, and we should respect that.

Who are we to judge?
