my brother ordered ntl in january the ntl enginer did not come so he phoned them to query this with them they said they had not recived his order so he started the whole process again they arranged to come on the 10th of feb they did not come he phoned them today to be told the enginer had been they have my brothers signature and that apparently my brother recived these goods which he didnt.my brothers bank details and personal details where on the letter that the signature had been forged on.what can my brother do about this he is very angry about it and would like any advice about this matter.thanks all

This is crime nothing to do with solicitors contact the police

Forget solicitors, this is a police matter. Report it immediately.

go see a solicitor and ask for a copy of the form that your brother had supposedly signed. They should be able to give you a copy. If it is fraud then you have got a case.
