It is admirable that he wants to go with his unit and be just another regular guy. He is however not just a regular guy and is probably going to be a target.

it relies upon no matter if prince Harry needs to play at being infantrymen or be a suitable soldier. If the military deal with him like a number of the different infantrymen going to Iraq then he gained't be targeted yet when he has an entourage of body guards round him which will draw interest to him. Harry took an area on the officer practise programme at Sandhurst mililary college a a lot fashionable position some different person would have had. if he's not prepared to bypass to Iraq it is an insult to the others in his regiment who're prepared to probability their lives each and every soldier is particular to their kinfolk. i do no longer help the conflict yet I do help the militia they couldn't p.c.. and chosen which wars they prefer to wrestle in and Harry shouldnt be in a position to his uncle andrew went to the falklands

I'm not British so its none of my business really. It is commendable however and something I would have expected from a member of the royal family. Totally blows the liberals argument that only the poor and uneducated are fighting this war now don't it.

He volunteered to go, from what I understand. And, I find it deplorable how some sit and screech like vultures over the battlefield, ecstatic at his deploying. I applaud His Highness, and wish him well, just as I do every soldier on deployment. It's wrong, deplorable and just plain sick, that I read above how people are ravenously watching, anticipating his demise! Disgusting!
Going a step farther, I'd like to point out that we have had athletes go off to fight. And as one was a pro in the NFL, he wasn't making $7.85 an hour at McDonald's. How easily we dishonor our fallen, just to play politics. For shame!

I think its commendable that he is just another soldier. I think it is an unnecessary waste of money and manpower that could be used for other things. He will be a target.

The cry of "MOMMY" will be heard round the world.
What about the Bush twins?
When are they going to enlist?
"Gammie, we love you dearly, but you're just not very hip. She thinks 'Sex and the City' is something married people do, but never talk about."
Such losers...
