America has a garbage law system?

How can a lady get 2 years in prison for throwing a cup of coke at someone?? The jurors are judge are a bunch of morons. They said it was a missle! Wtf?!?!?!? How in the hell was it a missle, it's called USE COMMON SENSE. I think the jury should get prison time.

I agree. I know a guy who threw a cigarette rolling machine at his girlfriend during a fight. It missed her and hit her daughter in the head and she needed stitches. The guy got only one year in the county jail.
