I am curious, since it must have been plenty, since the Democrats cut off funding for that war.

The first Sheriff I met was absolutely great t both inside and personality wise as a person. I actually started falling for him but I did the right thing and walked out on him because it wasn't going to get anywhere since he never asked for my number and he lives too far away. I'm in california. But I haven't been on many dates and only have ever had 1 bf a long time ago. I'm 23 now. So any available men out there that want to chat I'd be happy to here from you? ;)

Won't the American people see this as political hot air? If the politicians in Washington want to do something about the war they should pull funding. How dense do they think we are? What a bunch of whiney cowards! I want a new congress of adults- is it too much to ask?

Thomas Jefferson served as President Washington's Secretary of State. His strict interpretation of the Constitution and egalitarian ideasroved to be a perfect contrast to Alexander Hamilton. However, when Thomas Jefferson became President of the United States he was forced to adapt to his new role. This role caused an internal conflict within Jefferson as he was forced to abandon some of his principles in order to be an effective leader.
Identify some of these conflicts in Jefferson's administration. Give examples of domestic issues he faced as well as foreign policy issues. Did the decisions Jefferson made create a positive or negative legacy for jefferson?

or were they insane to begin with? I would like to know the circumference of the butthole they're stuffed up (Limbaugh's) so I could shove a copy of the Constitution (ok and my boot too) up there with them. Do you think they were smart enough to bring a tape measurer up with them or no?

So, um, I provided the right legal answer to someone's immigration question and another's person's incorrect legal answer was voted the best. This just goes to show that everyone who has an actual legal issue at hand (as opposed to political topic) needs to do a consultation with a licensed attorney.

How did George Bush "lie" to America about Iraq when the intelligance agencies of the U.S and Britian had UNANIMOUS evidence that Hussein had or was ready to get weapons of mass destruction? So we didn't find them, all that means is that Hussein was ready to get them instead of actually having them when we invaded! The information that the U.S and Britian collected was correct, AS IS PROVEN BY SADDAM'S NUMBER TWO MAN-Georges Sada-WHO SAID THAT SADDAM WAS READY TO GET THEM FROM SYRIA!!!!

So, what did he lie about?

Democrats are against sending more troops, but who else is against sending them?

17 Republican Representitives.

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/02/16/world/middleeast/16cnd-cong.html?em&ex=1171774800&en=2721febb57054616&ei=5087%0A

And 63% of the American public.

"WASHINGTON (AP) — President Bush faces widespread opposition to the troop buildup in Iraq, though he has gained support over the past month, an AP-Ipsos poll found.

The president has nudged support for the troop increase to 35% from 26% in early January. Sixty-three percent of those surveyed still oppose the increase.

The increased support came from some of Bush's core supporters — Republicans, men, whites, suburbanites and people with higher incomes."

http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2007-02-16-iraq-poll_x.htm

So, no matter how you cut it, opposition to sending more troops is coming from a sizable segment of American Republicans.

So why are Republicans acting like this is purely a Democratic position?

I settled a PI case in Mid-October. My attorney is notorious for a lack of follow-through and poor, if any, communication. I have heard from opposing counsel who sent the check a couple of months ago, and was surprised to find out that I had not received the check yet.

I sent my attorney an e-mail 3 days ago, with no response as of yet. Other than taking him to small claims, what other options do I have?

The democrats are acting like a bunch of know it alls, what is going to happen if we pull out of this war, then the terrorist start striking here, and it can be traced back to Iraq.... then we are all screwed.

And don't answer, well by invading Iraq we likely caused more terrorist than we captured/killed......whats done is done....so does pulling out now make sense....we broke it, so now we should stay and fix it.....

but back to the question at hand, how can the Democrats act like such know it alls when first of all they are only a SLIGHT majority, and secondly aren't they setting themselves up for a big problem if we get attacked on our home land???? Lets face the fact, if a democrat was president this war still would have happened, and it is probably likely the republicans would be bitching and complaining---am i right????

Anybody that knows or been through an interview like this..

I had an interview today for a police officer position. I am an auxiliary officer with this department and have been for 4 years, know most of the guys, higher ups, etc. Today was the interview for a full time position. The interview went well, however a few times, the police chief mentioned things like, "if you don't get it this time, we're going to be hiring a lot next year.." and "don't get discouraged, your application will remain on file for a year" He mentioned that a few times. He asked about 5 questions about me.

When he said that I started to get worried.. I go to all the training, calls, etc.. however, when they mention things like that, is that a bad sign? Or do they tell that to everbody? I know people on the department and I am sure my lieutenant on the department will put a word in for me?

So, what are the significant difference in the functions performed by the Senate and the House.

I am NOT looking for the stats, such as 2 senators per state, versus Reps. based on population, length of terms...etc. etc.

I am trying to figure out what exactly it is that Senators do, and what it is that the House of Representatives do.......or are expected to do, that makes them uniquely different when compared to each other.

Okay, so obviously the media has labeled Hardaway a racist, but all he was doing was voicing his uncomfortableness in the locker room. The lockerroom is a place where athletes can get their head in the game and burn off some adrenaline after the game, so he was probably just tensed up from the game when he made the remark. I mean, there's no Gay Men locker room. I know Gay rights groups say that gays don't act crazy in locker rooms, but think about it, if there were 10 straight men showering in the locker room and one gay guy, you don't think the gay guy would act differently? Of course he would! He'd be checking them out, which is nasty and uncomfortable to me.

I personally think this country is going to hell in a handbasket with all this political correctness. I don't owe anything to anyone, so why do minorities and gays think they're special?
