probably the remainder of his sentence, 2 yrs left on parole means 2 years in prison. And you know what doesn't matter what it doesn't matter what statements his baby's momma made to the P O. He signed an agreement saying he will not due this this and that, and that he won't be in possession of drugs, guns, or possibly even alcohal.
Doesn't matter if it was 1 pill or 100, just like 1 gun or 100 guns. He's got illegal drugs on him, it is a parole violation. He will go to prison more likely for the remainder of his parole, and possibly have to add onto that a possession of controlled substance charge and get time for that.
Poor guy

Well bro, you say your on parole, and you got caught with (1) pill. To start, I can only go by the limited info. When you were arrested, and probably charged, whatever time your facing for thee Pill, if your convicted, and the remaining time you have left on parole will be weighed in a manner that which ever gives you more time to do will probably be the one you'll face. For example; say you have 5yrs. left on parole and the conviction for the pill is only 2yrs.. More than likely your 5yrs. will eat up your 2yrs. So in order to get more time out of you they may opt to just revoke your parole. Or, worst case scenario, they convict you and stack your sentence. (not to break bread on you), but It greatly depends on how good your attorney is, and whether any of your 4th Amendment Rights were violated. If they had probable cause and/or exigent circumstances that allowed them to come into your home such as your girl calling THEM, (the police) to your home then your case is most likely to conclude in conviction. It might do you some good to look up a case that deals with the "Warrant less" entry into a home. A good case for reference is;U.S. v. Sarri, 272 F.3d 804, 812 (6th Cir. 2001) .

GOD BLESS/GOOD LUCK!!

Sounds like you are the new girlfriend. Count on your boyfriend possibly going back to the graybar motel for the remainder of his prison sentence. It really depends on what kind of day the parole agent is having.

. he childs mother would probably get fined or arrested foe false informatin on whatever she called the parole up for. bc false info will get you a case where she'll go to court on why she did what she did. but for the pill well, depending on how they found him bc a pill is a mis.and you will get arrested and would be released 6 or 7 hrs later. and a court date and that will be on your record to just to let you know. and if that person wants credit for any reason that would go against your credit record, dont ask me why or how thats affected by your credit but it can be, bc i have that on mine too. so watch out on what you carry on you it can back fire in your face big time.

Thats not going to rule in his favor, I work in parole. He is most likely going back to jail to serve the remainder of his sentence...he violated parole...and he is in possession of an illegal substance...two strikes.

I would imagine he goes back and finishes his time. Being on parole you are to obey all laws.
