Below is a yahoo news cut out .

Notice how Murtha is saying that he wants to do somthing to make Bush have to get Congrestional permision .

Did the law change somewhere - it certainly seems so if a Senetor needs to do somthing to make Bush get permision .

Are you sure the sealing of Iran's borders and the aircraft carriers and the proposed 21,000 extra soldiers don't mean looming war ?

Murtha, who has been among Congress's foremost opponents of Iraq war policy, also said he is considering attaching a provision to a looming war spending bill that would bar U.S. military action against Iran without congressional approval.

Imam Husham Al-Husainy was invited to give the opening prayer at the Democrat National Committee winter meeting in Williamsburg. The Democrats bowed their heads, said ameen and then applauded his anti-American opening prayer.A few things about him,he organized 3000 Hezbullah supporters who marched carrying anti-Jew signs and signs equating Americans and Jews to Nazis. During one of his speeches he called Jews and Americans “diseased". He was a leader of several 2004 anti-American rallies in support of Iraqi insurgents as well as past rallies in support of Hamas and Yassir Arafat. al-Husainy has voiced direct and open support of Iraq militant Moqtada al-Sadr, and Iranian anti-American cleric Khomeini. In an interview he said "American soldiers in Iraq were “running away or committing suicide or getting psychological treatment.”
Democrats are pushing hard to stop the troop increase-who are they protecting, where's the media outrage??

I'm not asking how many terms one can be ELECTED as POTUS, I'm asking how many terms one can SERVE. Yes, this means you should think outside the box and the answer is not "two" nor is it "three". So what is it, then? Please support your answer with a legal scenario or sequence of events that legally permit the answer you propose.

Does anybody know how New York child support enforecement translates to California? I know that New York is very tough and if you are living in California, how does the enforcement order work? I know in New York they actually do a Child Support Audit, regardless of whether the parent is on aid. Then if the amount the parent received doesn't match, they do after the other parent for back child support. If the other parent is living in California, does anybody know if the same laws apply as they relate to wage garnishment?

He has not worked in years. He could, but he won't. I pay all the bills, but am getting mighty tired of this! Short of turning the screws tighter by not giving him any spending money, how do I get him to pay his share? There are joint accounts and investments we could split. Is there a legal way to force him to do this??

We have overcrowded prisons, so we are now having to put prisoners on a prison ship. So why is this stupid government putting refugees who come over here stabbing and killing people into our prisons instead of deporting them back to their own country to be dealt with, instead of taking our taxes to pay for them. They'll be let out after doing less than half their sentence so they can kill somebody else. It makes my blood boil.

I just love how so many liberals have selective hearing. The problem is they let their ego’s cloud their rational thought process.

Why don’t you realize that you voted to go to war too? Remember people, its very easy to point the finger...he did it! she did it!

Why is the New York Times Newspaper selling less and less newspapers everyday, could it be their over the top liberal bias agenda?

Why is it there are no liberal talk shows that are as nearly as successful as the conservative talk shows…Rush, O’reilly, Savage (my personal fav)?

If you are so much smarter then why do you have to hide behind your newspapers where no one can rebut what you say? The reason why your talks shows fail…hmm?

I just find it funny that you people call us dumb hicks yet is what I say not rational?

Let me guess, someone will say, you are only allowed one question. I refuse to answers these, but I’ll know the real reason.

If somebody kills someone who we are uncertain about if they are alive, shouldn't such a person go to jail?
I mean, shouldn't the same apply to abortion? even in a case of rayp where we should sympathize with the woman, it nevertheless cannot be determined when the fetus is considered alive. Therefore, under the auspices of 50% chance of merder, abortion should be illegal.
I sympathize with rayp victims, but it still should be wrong to terminate the fetus's life. Obviously, If the mother can be harmed then the mother takes precedence because it is definitely determined that she is alive. Do I not make sense?

Its obviously going to happen; and w/ Iran and America's relations going as far down the sh!ter as possible, is it just a matter of time? How much time?

When you look at it, either Bush will find a way to attack Iran (Not bad mouthing him, America needs to attack), or the Israeli President will and America will come in to help Israel against Iran. Now Iran vs America and (and Britain will join right along w/ the US), not much of a war on Iran's side because it wouldnt be like Iraq; It'd be kill them and leave, not all this occupation sh!t. But who would come in for Iran?

The only possible MAJOR threats are China and Russia w/ N Korea and the Middle East as smaller threats. Like China's said, the US owes them too much money to wage war against them. But who ,in modern time, would have the balls to step up and fight w/ the Iranians against 3 militarial superpowers?

I know you americans have added a bit of color to some of your money, "finally", but it's no comparison to the amount of color we have in our currency. I've always wondered if you americans admired our money, for it's color and distinctiveness, and do you think your country should do the same? We also have $1 and $2 dollar coins, and were eventually getting a $5 dollar coin, would this bother you?

I used to think in terms of blue counties and red counties. Urban vs. rural values. Christian vs. a-theist. pro-life vs. pro-choice. etc.

Now I see that these are instruments of misdirection and manipulation. Our federal government has been taken over by traitors. Both dems and reps are completely sold out to the highest bidder.

Multi-national corporations have purchased the seats of power throughout the world and only a few people at the top of the financial pyramid hold the reigns.

I am convinced our political discourse needs to be Constitution vs. inland piracy. I believe there is an armed revolt on our nation's horizon unless many many people wake up to the very ugly truth very soon. Thoughts?
