While everyone is distracted by the unfortunate carnage in Iraq, as well as other divisive issues, both domestic and foreign, agreements are being made to end the sovereignty of the USA in order to creat the North American Union. Millions have been allowed, in fact encouraged, to migrate to this country illegally. Numbers, roughly equivalent to such countries as, Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal and Greece, now reside in our country illegally. Numbers that will dilute any opposition to the NAU the the dissolution of the sovereignty of the USA.
Some may believe that globalization and the New World Order will benefit humanity. They believe that the elimination of borders will end poverty, international conflicts, etc.. I look at the Machiavellian techniques, now being employed to implement this global community, and I can only view the NWO as a threat to the human rights that our Forefathers knew to be self evident: "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness".

1. To have some pull in the region (backing them seems to eliminate credit with the other states around them though).

2. Because of Judeo-Christain alignment.

3. We think that Israel is good and the countires that oppose them are bad.

4. Something else all together?

Say you are 85 and you have no more retirement money left. But I offer you 50% of the value of your home up front in cash. In exchange I now own your home, but you have the right to live in it till you die. Would you consider this to be an ethical, or predatory business?

If you died the next day, I would collect the home, but if you survived to 130, I would have to wait a long time...

I didn't care for him as president at first. I must admit his political tone is inspiring (to me).

I don't trust Hillary.

McCain was my hero until the neo-cons beat him into submission.

Your thoughts please...

For example..in Halo (video games, and books) how Earth has colonies and orbitary defense guns and a united nations space command (UNSC) with ships equipped with slipstream drives.
How would you plan to create such a network in the near future?

Think innovatively.

This is one of those weird anomalies I've never really understood. Hillary is like the Dallas Cowboys of politics. You either love her or hate her. There is nothing in between. It doesn't make any sense to me because she's a centrist politically, just like her husband. She doesn't have some radical, ultra-left wing agenda. She talks about wanting universal healthcare for all Americans, but everybody talks about universal healthcare. Even Republicans hammer that point. She voted for Iraq, but virtually everybody voted for Iraq because of inept intelligence. The only thing I can figure is there is some perception that she's some radical feminist. Where that comes from is another mystery. If anything I would think the opposite because she "stood by her man" when a lot of women wouldn't have after Bill's indiscretions. Is it simply a matter of some guys being unable to cope with a strong, independent woman? Very interested in opinions from both the Left and Right.

I thought that was kind of a dumb saying...particularly because the people who are always saying that, usually get rabid when you disagree with them. Second, I can think of a lot more patriotic things that are better than simple disagreement...in fact, in my opinion dissent by itself is not particularly patriotic at all. What do you all think? What would you consider to be the 'highest form of patriotism'?

The Blacks were never moved back to Africa
The Irish were never sent back to Europe
The Chinesse were never sent back to Asis
And nor will these new immigrants be sent back to Latin America.

History will show that these Latin immigrants will offer many great things to our society.

.Mark my words, All anti-immigration propaganda will surface again when the next wave of immigrants comes in and like the others before them those anti-immigrants people will go down as ignorant and racist.
