I wanted to know if the charge is really serious. Im 17 years old and its my first offenese.I was released on a PR bond. I live in the great ole state of Texas..lol....but seriously im scared. i just wanted to know if this being our first offeneses will it be "ok".I also wanted to know if anyone else had this type of experience

they told us we were banned for 3 months....

I don't think it'll be too bad, Probably a fine and maybe community service hours and you'll probably get banned from that theater.

Your mom is upset because you're only 14!! Back when I was in school that was taboo! and that was only 8 years ago!! Your mom wants you to be clean, pure, innocent at least until you're 18! I think you're mom had every right to be mad personally...14 is a little too immature to realize the effects of having sex at such a young age...There's alot more to it, then just I like this guy and we're going to "make love" what if things don't work out?? Your mom doesn't want to think about you having sex with all the next boyfriends that will come in the future> I'm sorry i really think this is too young to be having sex especially with a 17 year old, if he were less then a year older, your mom could've tried him for statutory rape. Oh and not all relationship end up with sex...Loving, caring, mature relationships can lead to sex....

being banned is no big deal. i would get an attorney though. in this day and age of registration of sex offenders the last thing you want is to be labeled as having committed a sex crime. ask an attorney if they might be able to plea it down to disturbing the peace or something like that.

So you really think it is OK to have sex in public... How little self respect you must have.
And yes, you deserve to be charged...
As you grow up, you will realize there are inappropriate behaviors and appropriate behaviors. Looks like you are going to learn the hard way.

the good thing is that your a minor
so your record will be cleared ( from the publics eye that is ) by the time you are 18
it's a misdameanor

sort of... but being arrested is NEVER an OK thing... you ahve to be EXTRA careful now and since you are a minor (and i pray your bf is too) you'll be treated easier... be extra gentle... remember you ahve rights... you shouldnt betoo scared if it is your first offence though

me and my girl used to get caught all the time. we are still here. so it's no big deal.
