I'm sitting at my desk doing my hw when I get up because I hear a louade beeping noise. I look outside that it seems like some one broke into my across the street nabor, ther are poliece there too. I just wnt through the house, locked all the doors, turned on all radios etc, but is there anything else I should do right now?

I was put on probation for possession and distrubiton of a prescription narcotice. A year later I was walking in the hall at school and my old friend shook my hand and was like what up dude? and he put something in my hand. It was a pill! A teacher had seen him give it to me and i didnt even know what was going on. I got suspended for 10 days even know i had no idea what was going on. About a month later i moved to a different city cuz my mom and stepdad gotta divorce and then 2 months after being in our new house my probation officer had called my house and talked to my mom and said i had a court date for possession. So basically im being charged for something i didnt even do. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. And theres gonna be a proscuting attorney and im gonna either have to plead guilty or not guilty of the possesion. What should i do? I mean it wasnt really a possesion but in the court and schools eyes it was. What should i do what should i plead?

Liberals are against war and my question to them is how does a free society like ours sustain itself in a world filled with radical terrorists that will stop at nothing to kill Americans? Should we just sit back and let them keep attacking us? Is there a different way to fight terrorism and defend the free world without engaging in war?
