I'm sitting at my desk doing my hw when I get up because I hear a louade beeping noise. I look outside that it seems like some one broke into my across the street nabor, ther are poliece there too. I just wnt through the house, locked all the doors, turned on all radios etc, but is there anything else I should do right now?

I didnt go in the house, I just looked outside and I saw cops talking about how they "counlnt find him". Then I loked up MY house.

No. you saw nothing, The police might ask if you saw or heard anything. they might go around the other neighbours too.
make sure your own house is secure. has good strong locks, on doors and windows.
