My question is (because I don't know) does the country have a pay load like America or Russia? Please lift my ignorance on the subject. I cant find any info on the net about the subject and I'm curious.
Thanks

I think you discount Russia their nuclear capabilities have detereated since the end of the cold war.The USA,Britain and France all possess Trident missiles launched from submarines. It has been stated that the British could destroy most of the worlds major cities with their subs alone.
The trident travels at aprox.13,500 mph and its payload is decribed as - if you put all the bombs ever used in war togeather includiing the atom bombs dropped on Japan you would be near to the explosive and destructive power of one Trident.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by payload. But as I understand it (and correct me if I'm wrong), you mean can they launch nuclear weapons at other countries. If that is what you are asking then yes, they can launch them at other countries.

They do have ICBM's (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles) that can carry nuclear warheads over to another country.
