whose answers WOULD not allow the terms "liberal." "conservatives" "Bush bashers" Republicans"? So that people can ask honest questions, and not be worried about nasty, condescending, one-sided, puerile answers?

The U.S. troops can't pull out; but, they should pull back continuing to occupy some space so that if they ever attack the U.S. in any way we R already there to retaliate.

So, we leave them settle their issue, & if they need our help, we will not give weapons or train anyone so that don't come back to bite us in the as*. However, we will provide the service of being their military & administrate their country for a fee. That means no one will be gaining access to us through false authorities. We will be the security and administrative authority there. The country will still be ran by the county's officails under our military and security defense and administration for a fee.

We R no longer supose to be involved in what is their long time conflick. We will provide services for a fee. This way our own government will also stop taking that expense from where we don't have it. Other countries can such as from the UN and Nato can join the U.S. in providing the military service.

We rely on a few to do our heavy lifting and put their lives on the line. We also pay crazy salaries to many who benefit from the freedoms and security these few provide. It seems unjust that most Americans prosper while many in uniform struggle to make ends meet!

Why in this day and age of internet banking, can we not have an online voting system, with registered voters? We can do our taxes online, we can pay bill online, but we cannot vote online. I understand the security risks, but major issues can be voted on by the grass roots of the country, leaving politician with no option but to answer why or why not to the issue at hand.

At one point in time i had a roommate. The agreement between my roommate and I was that i would pay the rent, and he would pay the bills. During the time that i was giving him the money for the rent, he was using it for his own pleasure, and not paying what he was supposed to. Not only that, but he didn't pay any of the bills he was supposed to pay either. Together we bought a pool table for the house as well which wasn't a cheap investment.

The question i have...is it possible to take someone to court for money they owe me even if i dont have any proof that this money is owed? It would pretty much be word against word, but i feel i should be compensated for money that was not wisely spent. My car was even reposessed because it was wither live with no heat in Janurary or have a car. Even though the gas bill was his responsibility.

Here are the facts: Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States states "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Our system of government is not a British-style parliamentary system in which a vote of no confidence triggers general elections. If all 535 Congresspeople decided unanimously that they despised the President and wanted him gone, they STILL could not impeach and remove him unless he committed a high crime or misdemeanor.

Sorry to burst your bubble leftists, but President Bush will remain the president until January 20, 2009.

At my school, I had my cell phone (which is against the rules), to make a long story short, my friend 'borrowed' it, and got caught, and I got in trouble. I know it was fair for me to get in trouble, as I was breaking the rules, but while they had my phone, they read through all my old text messages..
There was nothing bad, and it really wasn't a big deal, but I'm just curious, is this legal? I'm told it is, but, it just doesn't seem fair.
I'm a good student with a spotless record, but they didn't look at that, they just went through my texts looking for something bad.
This just bothers me, and I want to know, is it really ok?

You must have read, heard, or seen the atrocities of the Nazis during the Holocaust, but perhaps an even crueler, less humane event during World War II goes unnoticed. The Japanese forces went into Nanking, the Chinese capital with orders to kill, rape, and torture as many individuals as possible. And they did.
I think people should at least recognize this event. As they say, "those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it".
Here is the video code for a really good documentary on the event. I don't know if embedding works in Yahoo! Answers, so I'll add the hyperlink just in case. I think you should all be informed of this. Watch it, for the sake of humanity, this cruel deed should not be forgotten!

George Bush and his pals do not care how many troops are killed or maimed in IRAQ. They could care less about IRAQI women and children.

That is why the USA is a ROTTEN LOSER nation. Because they are ignorant enough and arrogant enough to think they are gonna win. LOSER..USA...LOSER USA

I don't think he can lose.

He understands economic issues and will win economic conservatives.

He's a mormon so he'll win social conservatives.

And he's even better-looking than Gary Hart so he'll win most of the women's vote (seriously, they loved JFK and RFK, there was no other reason to vote for Kerry, let's stop beating around the bush and admit that 50% of women vote for the cute guy).

Romney will win in '08.
