I am a Conservative. I do not like the far right anymore than I like the far left but I think the far left is crazier and more detrimental to their party and this country than the far right.

How is it possible to win the election if you lose the popular vote but win the electoral vote? If electoral vote is deciding the winner, what's the purpose of the popular vote?

I am tired of hearing about police killing animals and humans for ridiculous reasons. I understand that sometimes it is necessary for them to go on the offensive but I think they must be more careful. For every shooting that makes sense there is another one that doesn't--Like the groom that was shot and killed on his wedding day and police offered no explanation as to why. Or the deer that got caught in someone's backyard. There was no reason to take their lives!!! They cannot get that back. I would like an intelligent, informative answer as to why police do not carry extremely powerful tranquilizers to put suspects down, (without killing them) and to get animals where they need to be. It seems that police are trigger happy and the entire idea is to shoot-shoot-shoot- and then ask questions after everyone is dead. sorry I wrote so much, I just want to understand.

it has just been brought to my attention that me and my hausband have less than a month to move from our current residency. although we are not legally married we introduce ourselves as husband and wife. last year he was in a life threatening car accident which left him with alot of nerve damage and is unable to work. he luckily is able to collect social security which isnt that much. at the present moment i am the only one with a stable income and because of our current situation as far as moving is concerned we want to relocate to another state which i am currently looking into for jobs before the move. my question is this is there a way that ss or public assistance would be able to assist us with moving expenses even if we are not legally married? if so how would i go about getting more information on this matter. and would it be easier if we were legally married. thank u to all those who took an interest in my dilemma. and any suggestions will be tried and greatly appreciated.

Reading about not only the jobs they are taking away from Americans. But also the effect that they are having on ALL levels of education, (Why does an Illegal not have to pay out of state tuition?), Health Care, and the Criminal Justice System. More Americans were killed by Illegal immgrates than by Terrorism in the last 5 years. So what can we do about it?

The Conservative Party of Canada will begin launching attack ads against new Liberal leader Stéphane Dion during Canadian coverage of the Super Bowl (Canada doesn't get US ads). This is due in large part due do the fact that more Canadians watch the Super Bowl than any other single televised event - even more than CBC or CTV news, the Grey Cup, or the Stanley Cup.

I say Go Conservatives Go. I also think Canada is the only nation in the world that pays more attention to another nation that it does to itself.

People talk to him, but he just doesn't listen.

If we could all just donate a nickel, we could get him a, top of the line, Miracle Ear hearing aid. C'mon folks, let's do it before it's too late.......oh sorry, it's already too late.

Do you believe by finding Usama Bin Laden it playes a major part in bringing peace to Middle East. Do you believe there is a major rift between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Will there be a conflict between the two nations one day? There seemed to be alot of displeasure between the two leaders of these nations. What is the reason for such discontent?
