No. The biggest issue that causes tension in the Middle East is the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and Bush rarely talks about that issue anymore. That, more than the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, causes the biggest rift between the US and the Middle Eastern nations.

I do not think Afghanistan and Pakistan will go to war any time soon. They're culturally very similar and Pakistan has a bigger beef with India at the moment. The Afghan government has a bigger problem with the resurgence of the Taliban.

No. Bush and Condi desire basically to create, on the final minute, some form of legacy besides destroying Iraq and destabilizing the middle East. it is barely sometime... all of us comprehend it takes center easterners this long just to declare hi. it is pointless by way of itself. If it alerts the re-ignition of the US peace technique engagement, then per risk it is an ok initiate; even nonetheless, it is frequently insignificant. Ulmert and Abbas are too vulnerable regionally to have the authority to make any genuine concessions. the individuals would not bypass alongside with it. i desire peace, yet Annapolis is very almost an entire waste of time. The time isn't right... you may not bypass from not something to very final status talks on Jerusalem and assume to keep public help.

No not enough has been done to finish what was started in the Middle East. Too much political infighting has caused to many check and balances, too many self help groups crying out for human sufferance. Where need to do the job without Big Brother looking over our shoulder.
Why are we so violent about pushing our way of life over there? Our values and moral judgment do not fit a Muslim society.

No but he did enough to create a world crisis. Bin Laden may live in New York or Washington. Do you really believe that Bin Laden is a phantom who can hide for ever without US help ? He is just the goat. G. Bush is a monkey who don´t even know where jungle is. Between goats and monkey we are just f...up.
