No.... We are a Representative Republic. Voters vote for members of the House or Senate who then introduce Bills which become laws with the Presidents signature... or not with a Veto. Unless the Veto is overridden

No except to vote more liberal idiots into office. The Congress can over ride any veto with 2/3. Stem cell is still a pipe dream. Bush has done more to promote it then Clinton.

You must be a liberal to ask that question!! The voters can't do anything. When the president vetoes a bill it goes back congress. They then can over ride his veto by a two thirds vote. Any third grader knows that.

Nope ! -- But some politician(s) may crank out a new bill. With recent findings it may not be necessary anyway. The only objectionable cells were the ones from embryos which may not be necessary if cord blood and placentas provide the cells to do the job -- lets hope that is the case and end the controversy.

No. You can contact your Representatives and tell them how you feel. Enough people contact them they will take it to the president BEFORE he veto's it and it might change his mind. Otherwise the bill will be resubmitted and the process starts all over again. They can change it a bit the next time around to make it more acceptable.

The people can act on initiative through a petition under the constitution to force the government to adopt a bill. However, this method is burdensome because all the districts must be represented with a minimum percentage of the population through their signatures.

Stem cell reserch is great for medicine, but very bad in the hands of rich people. Money is power in this country, so I have to agree with Bush.

So, Bush can't veto the laws you like? I guess if he vetoes all the ones you don't like that'd be just fine???
